I knew that, as part of this unit, I had to help the students develop a base level of programming literacy, something called computational thinking. I also had to create a framework for them to do a sprint that allowed them to prototype a solution using the principles of Computational Thinking. All within an Agile Experience.
I am a business manager, not a software developer. In all of the previous sprints, I had a team of professional developers who would actually work directly with the students.
But this time I was flying solo.
I realized I would need to find an online teaching program that I could use for introducing coding skills. I would also need to find some kind of prototyping tool for mobile apps that I could provide to the students.
As for the rest, I figured that I would just wing it.
