After the City of Dayton passed a proclamation declaring themselves an Innovate Oregon city, the students on The Innovation Council said that wasn't enough. They wanted the story that was being written to be their own. One that reflected their community, their values, and their vision.
So we quickly spun up Innovate Dayton, as the first of what would become several community initiatives to reimagine not only their school, but their whole community.
A vision that declared a place of belonging. A place of promise. A place which held their future for them and their families.
