For this reason, we find it valuable for Innovators and Early Adopters to be connected with those that have experience with Agile Practices, but may not, themselves, be educators.

Many educators have never worked outside of education. Most industry professionals have never taught in a classroom. For this reason, it is important that they develop trust and a commitment to learn together.

By so doing, they can begin to develop a co-creative partnership that can be profoundly life-giving for both of them.
