Purpose Driven Learning

There are different types of motivators for learning.

If we are truly being honest, much of traditional education uses fear as the primary motivator; the fear of failure, the fear of rejection.

But purpose driven learning inspires us to learn in new ways using different Learning Motivators. For some, it may be curiosity. For others, it is creativity. And then, for others, it is competition. Each student can reveal the motivator that works best for their catalyst.

Deeper Learning happens when we are trying to make meaning in order to solve a problem that is important to us: fulfilling our human commission as Meaning Makers. Our best learning is for a purpose that is meaningful for us.
