Team Dynamics

Weekly reporting of the progress to their classmates pressured each of the teams to perform. For the most part, they held themselves accountable.

It was not about a grade. It was about looking good in front of their peers. Or, at least, not looking bad.

That performance expectation gave me an opportunity to coach each of the teams. I challenged their thinking, questioning if they were, in fact, doing the best that they could do.

I told them I was expecting greatness. Nothing less.
