The Way

What Michelle was experiencing was something new. She was not in control of their learning; she was observing it. By doing so, she could gently support and guide it.

This model of leading a learning journey was fundamentally different from traditional teaching.

Our responsibility was to define a clear intention for the learning and then empower the students as learners. From there we had to support that process.
